Update

Update – No Expected Downtime

Following our previous notification regarding scheduled maintenance on January 18, 2026, we would like to provide an update.

Outseer will proceed with the planned maintenance activities in our EMEA datacentres between 01:00 GMT and 07:00 GMT.
However, these activities will now be performed with no expected service downtime or customer impact.

Our teams will carry out the maintenance while the system remains fully operational, and service performance will continue to be closely monitored throughout the maintenance window.

Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our EMEA datacentres between 01:00 GMT and 07:00 GMT on January 18, 2026.

During this time, our teams will be performing scheduled network updates. We expect up to 180 minutes of downtime during this maintenance window. Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during and after this period.
