The data transmitted over Outseer’s Back Office SOAP API (also known as “BO API”) is secured by industry-standard signing and encryption certificates. The leaf certificates used by the Outseer EMEA environment will expire on July 6, 2024. As part of our normal operating process, we will be generating and issuing a new certificate to use.
To ensure a smooth transition, Outseer will add the new chains to our keystores and share the chains on May 16, 2024. We will enable these certificates within our production environment on May 26, 2024.
No impact is expected to our services during this scheduled maintenance activity for customers who are compliant with the requirements. Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
