The data transmitted over Outseer’s Generic Interface (also referred to as “RGI”) is secured by industry standard TLS, signing and encryption certificates. The leaf certificates used by the Outseer UAT environment will expire on April 30, 2026. As part of our normal operating process, we will be generating and issuing a new certificate to use.
To ensure a smooth transition, Outseer will add the new chains to our key stores and share the chains by March 9. We will enable these certificates within our UAT environment on March 23 and 24, 2026.
No impact is expected to our services during this scheduled maintenance activity for customers who are compliant with the requirements. Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
