Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our EMEA datacentres between 04:00 GMT and 10:00 GMT on January 11, 2026 for the deployment of 3-D Secure version 26.1.
This version introduces new features, including:
• Two-Step Review Process in Configuration Manager for Language templates and BIN Management • Behavioral Biometrics enhancements: profile reset in Case Management, adding risk score data to the Behavioral Biometric score, and OTP-only challenge screens enhanced with Behavioral Biometrics • RGI Certificate Management enhancements: TLS 1.3 Cipher Suites are now supported
