Please be advised that Outseer will be conducting our annual Disaster Recovery switch over test in the Americas region for our 3-D Secure Services between 04:00 GMT and 08:00 GMT on March 02nd, 2025.

Affected functionality:
• The Disaster Recovery switch over test may involve up to 120 minutes of downtime for customers that failover successfully to our Disaster Recovery site.
• In order to switch to the Disaster Recovery site, customers need to take the following steps:
• Add the Disaster Recovery external IP address 198.161.247.13 to their Firewall rules.
• Access Outseer 3-D Secure BackOffice services via https://www.securesuite.net/
• Customers that do not meet the conditions above may fail to switch over to the Disaster Recovery site and could experience downtime of up to 240 minutes.
