Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our EMEA datacentres between 03:00 GMT and 09:00 GMT on October 6, 2024 for the deployment of 3-D Secure version 24.4.

The new User Management application (accessible through the 3DS Portal) replaces the legacy Customer Service Administration application.
• If your user role allows, you can search cases by BIN in Case Management.
• For Processors Only: The FI ID is visible in the Cases List and Transaction Details in Case Management and the FI ID is included in exports to CSV.
• Multiple changes have been implemented to remain aligned with EMVCo specifications.

No impact is expected to our services during this scheduled maintenance.
