The data transmitted over Outseer’s BackOffice API is secured by industry standard signing and encryption certificates. The leaf certificates used by the Outseer will expire on August 17th, 2022. As part of our normal operating process, we will be generating and issuing a new certificate to use.
To ensure a smooth transition, Outseer will add the new chains to our key stores and share the chains by July 7th, 2022. We will enable these certificates within our production environment between 04:00 and 10:00 GMT on July 24th, 2022.
No impact is expected to our services during this scheduled maintenance activity for customers who are compliant with the requirements. Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
